1. First, check the object sensor. It is possible that the object cannot be detected passing by, so the label is not printed. You need to reset the value of the object sensor, or if the object sensor is damaged, it needs to be replaced;

2. Check if the traction mechanism is tightened, if not, tighten the traction mechanism;

3. Check whether the traction motor of the labeling machine has loose or broken wires or is no longer working;

4. The synchronous belt that can be driven is broken and needs to be replaceable;

5. The return magnetic switch of the cylinder may not have detected a signal, adjust the position of the magnetic switch again or replace it;

6. If the non marking switch is pressed, it should be disconnected;

7. Check if the traction is turned on, only by opening the label can one walk and display the label. Set the speed value to 0;

8. Or it could be a problem with the label itself, where the label is too thin or irregular to be peeled off;

9. The peeling plate of the labeling machine is not sharp enough to peel off the label.
